Overview
A vacancy has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Craftsperson. Reporting to the Estates Engineering Supervisor, the Electrical Maintenance Craftsperson will be part of the Facilities & Infrastructure Directorate’s multi skilled team working within the Estates Services Department.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day statutory, planned and reactive electrical maintenance service to NHS Forth Valley buildings.
* Undertake refurbishment and new electrical installation work as required.
* Assist in maintaining the internal and external fabric on all NHS Forth Valley buildings to a reasonable standard.
* Work within the Estates Services Department as part of the multi-skilled team to support a modern healthcare service and a safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
Requirements
* Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.
* Must be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme. More information on the PVG scheme can be found at www.disclosurescotland.co.uk.
