We are currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Assistant for the Human Resources Team.
This role will support the HR manager in the delivery of all HR processes, procedures and projects. Ensure that all HR administration is completed and up to date in line with departmental standards. To be a point of contact for all staff, heads of department and managers, and provide generalist administrative support over a range of key operational HR areas.
The role:
Responsible for all HR administration in respect to:
1. Recruitment, selection and on boarding.
2. Performance management.
3. Training and development.
4. Absence management.
5. Payroll processing.
6. Communication and employee engagement.
What you will bring:
7. Strong administrator with ability to process information and documents quickly and accurately; with high levels of numeracy and literacy.
8. Payroll processing experience (weekly and monthly).
9. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either in-house or a staffing agency).
10. Polite, friendly and approachable manner, well presented, and leads by example.
11. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and professional HR behaviours.
12. Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
13. Experience of working in a similar complex, fast paced and changeable environment.
14. Speaks and writes fluently in English.
15. CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential: we will consider funding this development for the right candidate.
