Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Systems and Improvement Officer, located in Stroud. The Customer Systems and Improvement Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing databases, and delivering training. The officer will also engage in analytical tasks, improve existing systems, and ensure that information technology solutions meet business needs.
