Alloga UK, part of Cencora, has experienced remarkable growth over the last decade, establishing ourselves as a leader in the pharmaceutical logistics sector. As we continue our ambitious journey, we are seeking a dynamic FP&A Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in providing proactive, insightful analysis to facilitate informed decision-making and support our future business development plans.
Location: South Normanton, Derbyshire, DE55
Salary: Competitive + Performance Related Bonus
As the FP&A Manager, you will collaborate closely with the senior management team to offer a comprehensive understanding of the underlying performance of the business, project results for the upcoming month, and forecast trends to identify opportunities and risks. You will have a deep understanding of the business’s objectives, strategy, and initiatives, and you will be experienced in operating in a multi-site environment, ideally during periods of change. A strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and leadership experience across all financial disciplines are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performance Management: Drive business performance across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow management by collaborating with senior stakeholders within Finance and across the business.
* Financial Communication: Provide clear communication of financial results, underlying performance, and forecasts to the senior management team to facilitate decision-making and highlight focus areas.
* Insightful Analysis: Work closely with Directors and Senior Managers to analyse performance and key drivers, supporting them in achieving their financial targets. Lead the FP&A function to become trusted partners for these areas of the business.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the Budgeting, Forecast, and Long Range Planning (LRP) cycle within Alloga UK. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, making processes more relevant and efficient while encouraging feedback from the Finance team and wider business.
* Collaboration: Develop a unified approach to financial processes, reporting, control, and understanding of numbers within the Senior Management team in Finance. Create an environment where knowledge, ideas, best practices, and cross-training can be shared among teams.
* Stakeholder Relationships: Build close, trusted working relationships with Alloga Europe, Division, and Group for all aspects of management reporting, planning, and analysis.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified CIMA or ACA professional.
* Strong interaction skills with senior management to influence outcomes.
* Focused on driving P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow management.
* Strong commercial awareness with relevant industry experience.
* Broad range of Financial and Commercial skills encompassing all financial disciplines.
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines.
