Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 - AM/PM shifts
Location: Harmondsworth (UB7 0EX)
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* To ensure operational KPI's are met and exceeded
* Training colleagues on specific processes and tasks so that they are fully aware of standards and best practices
* Monitoring performance of team members and delivering reviews.
* To reconcile stock levels within the Warehouse against delivery and pick of each item
* Lead, motivate and encourage team members to consistently produce maximum levels of performance.
* Manage the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to offenders
* Monitoring and reporting any security concerns to Security Manager (DHL/HMPS)
* Compliance to all work instructions
* Working in compliance to HMP rules and regulations
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO HAVE
* A flexible, friendly approach with a can-do attitude
* Excellent organisational skills along with speed and accuracy
* A good understanding of operational processes
* Able to communicate at all levels
* Warehouse experience
* Previously managed a team
SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL
* Be able to provide five years address history
* Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
* Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test
