Our client, a leading MSP is seeking a 2nd Line Engineer to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to an exciting period of growth our client is looking to expand their team of Engineers, and are looking for a 2nd Line Engineer to join them, where you will be responsible for providing a high level of technical support to a broad range of clients, working on daily tickets whilst working with the wider team of Engineers, working on both day-to-day support tasks and project work. Due to the location of the office candidates are required to have access to their own vehicle. Key Responsibilities: * Resolve daily tickets from clients, supporting on software troubleshooting as well as installs and updates, as well as hardware faults * Attend client sites when required to fix onsite faults and hardware issues * Provide a high level of technical support to clients as well as maintaining a high level of customer service at all times * Work on a mixture of dayto-day support and project work * Act as the goto for any questions or queries from other Engineers Key Experience: * A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar IT-related role * MSP experience is advantageous, although not essential * Used to providing a high level of technical support to a range of clients * Windows Server 2012 – 2022 * Windows Desktop 711 * Office 365 knowledge * Networking ability – DN...
