We offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a cinema and games room, gym, pool, steam room, sauna, and a relaxing Elemis spa. Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.
* Work with your team to drive revenue at every opportunity.
* Ensure all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to guests.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
* Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
* A good knowledge of wines and spirits.
* Excellent team motivator and team builder.
