A genuinely manageable GP workload within a well-organised, high-performing practice in the Mexborough area. This is an opportunity to join a stable, supportive team with total triage in place, minimal home visits and a clear pathway to Partnership if desired.
Salary & Benefits
1. £11,000–£12,000+ per session (flexible for additional skills/training)

Workload & Structure
8. Total triage model – all demand pre-screened
9. Structured day: 15 + 12 appointments, with catch-up slot every hour
10. Minimal home visits – typically around one per month
11. Admin kept light – mainly self-generated (given Partners hold the list) + limited cover for locum GPs
12. No traditional duty doctor model
13. Named “go-to” clinician for queries
14. Triage clinician does surface scan of all requests and allocates appropriately
15. Triage sessions are opt-in
16. Flexible working outside of triage days
17. No extended hours requirement
The Practice
18. Small to medium-sized practice with long-standing GP team
19. Experienced GP team including long-standing clinicians (we placed one in 2019) and former Partners
20. Strong MDT: ANPs, FCP and Pharmacist
21. Exceptionally well-organised admin team – paper-light workflow
22. High QOF achievement (near 100%)
23. Good CQC rating
24. Loyal, engaged patient population
25. Purpose-built premises with new building in development (planning submitted 2025)
26. EMIS Web clinical system
27. Weekly breakfast club
Role Details
28. Would consider anything from 4-8 sessions
29. No solo working
30. Pooled list with everything allocated on a fair share basis
31. Interest in training, coils, minor ops or other specialisms welcomed
