Job Description Public Health Officer | 10499 | permanent contract | 37 hours per week | £37,280 to £39,152 per annum | Grade I | Countywide The Norfolk County Council Public Health Children and Young People's Team are recruiting to a Public Health Officer role. In this role, you will work within the children and young people's public health team supporting a range of projects and commissioning activity with a focus on improving children and young people's health and wellbeing. The team is responsible for the commissioning of public health provision for children and young people alongside the development of local policy and strategy, working with a range of partners and within partnerships to achieve this. We are looking for an individual with experience in service commissioning and project management, who has an understanding of health and wellbeing inequalities, is outcome focused and can demonstrate their capabilities in partnership working and engagement. The role is countywide with the main office base being County Hall. Hybrid and flexible working is supported.
