We are looking for a ambitious Midweight Software Engineer to join our Research and Development team. This team forms the critical core of our award-winning Accelerator Lab, placing you at the very heart of our innovation.
The purpose of this role is to design, develop, and implement software solutions that bridge the gap between our marketing and financial technology domains. You will have direct access to cutting-edge AI development, moving beyond just using AI tools to actively building with them. You'll gain hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks to create intelligent systems that drive optimisations across every element of our newly expanded group.
