CT/MRI Radiographer
Closing date: 21 June 2026.
This role is based at Arrowe Park Hospital and the Clatterbridge Diagnostic Centre, where the successful candidates will rotate between both sites. Shift patterns include weekdays, weekends, and nights. The role offers full‑time hours over three extended days as an option.
Main duties of the job
* Undertake complex, specialised radiological examinations.

* Support the Principal Lead Radiographers in striving to provide a world‑class service.
Equipment and Imaging Services
Arrowe Park Hospital: 3 CT Canon scanners (Aquilion One Prism, 2 × Prime SP) with AI iterative reconstruction; 2 MRI Philips scanners (Ingenia 1.5T and Helium‑Free Ambition S 1.5T). Expected brand‑new scanner operational Autumn 2026.
Clatterbridge Diagnostic Centre: 1 Canon Prime SP CT and 1 Philips Ingenia Ambition X 1.5T MRI, used for outpatient services.
Specialist services include:
* CT – Trauma, Cardiac, Stroke, colonography.
* MRI – Paediatric GA lists, pacemaker lists, small bowel and breast imaging.
Qualifications, Experience & Training
* BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or DCR equivalent.
* HCPC registered.
* Ability to work autonomously out of hours and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Minimum 1 year post‑graduate experience in the NHS.
* ILS training.
* Experience in CT/MRI.
* IV cannulation certificate.
