Hillier Nurseries, a renowned name in horticulture, is looking for a results-driven, creative Marketing Executive to play a key role in executing and optimising our marketing plans.
In this role, you will take ownership of driving key marketing projects, and delivering multi-channel campaigns, contributing to the overall growth of the business and maximising ROI.
We are seeking an analytical self-starter, with the ability to manage their own workload and priorities to hit the objectives set out by the Marketing Manager.
Part-Time Position – 22.5 hours per week, with a salary of £16,800 per annum.
This role requires the applicant to be able to commute to our Ampfield office daily.

Key responsibilities:
12. Delivering data-driven, commercially focused marketing campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and ROI. You will support the execution of marketing plans using the full marketing mix across CRM, acquisition, social media, events, and PR.
13. Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders across the business on the inception and development of creative ideas and concepts for campaigns that deliver a smooth customer journey and ensure the most effective use of marketing budget.
14. Managing relationships with external suppliers and holding them accountable to deliver on KPIs that we have set.
15. Understanding business requirements and market opportunities and supporting in translating these into effective campaigns.
16. Analysing marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and suggest changes to increase ROI.
17. Promoting the Hillier brand values and maintaining a consistent brand identity in everything you do.
18. Supporting the Marketing Manager and marketing team in other activities to support the marketing strategy.
Our ideal candidate:
19. Demonstrable experience in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for more than 3-years with measurable ROI.
20. Data-centric mindset; experience utilising data and insight to inform approaches and drive outcomes.
21. Self-motivated, self-starter with a strong analytical mindset; commercially astute and results driven.
22. Comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders (from external agencies to internal product and marketing teams and retail managers).
23. Strong copywriting and creative skills to effectively tell our brand story.
24. Horticulture knowledge or interest.
25. Experience with Klaviyo or a similar CRM/ESP platform.
