Key Responsibilities: Support students in managing their behaviour and developing positive coping strategies. Work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external agencies to implement behaviour support plans. Build strong, trusting relationships with students to help them engage with learning and school life. Provide 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to individual needs. Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all pupils. What We re Looking For: Experience working with children or young people, ideally in an educational or care setting. A calm, patient, and proactive approach to behaviour management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
