Finance Business Partner – Sales & Marketing

We’re looking for a driven Finance Busines Partner - Sales and Marketing to join our Retail division, supporting Sales & Marketing performance through financial insight and data-driven analysis. This is a high-impact, analytical role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver monthly management accounts and KPI reporting for Sales
Produce weekly and monthly performance insights
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Prepare board-level reporting and analysis
Partner with sales and marketing teams to influence decisions
Analyse pricing, discounts, and sales performance trends
Support commercial projects and change initiatives
Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics
What We’re Looking For
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
Strong experience in FP&A, data analysis, and reporting
Advanced Excel skills (Power BI desirable)
Ability to turn data into clear commercial insight
Confident stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
