Role Overview
* Position: Creative Writer, Technical Writer, Evaluation Tutor – Contract, Remote
* Commitment: 20–40 hours per week, flexible and ongoing
* Contribute to research projects with a leading AI lab. Support data campaigns in Creative Writing, Companionship, and Presentation.
Responsibilities
* Evaluate responses for effectiveness, naturalness, and compelling nature in AI-generated content.
* Contribute to ongoing data campaigns such as Creative Writing, Companionship, and Presentation.
* Assess creativity, originality, and narrative flow in creative writing.
* Recognize responses demonstrating emotional intelligence, empathy, and helpfulness in companionship.
* Evaluate clarity, structure, and polish in presentation responses.
* Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Requirements / Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications
* Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
* Strong background in creative writing, product writing, or technical writing
* Attention to detail and ability to apply consistent judgment
* Strong communication skills and responsiveness
* Ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in fiction, poetry, screenwriting, or narrative development
* Ability to produce original content such as speeches, dialogues, or literary critiques
* Understanding of emotional intelligence and authentic interactions
* Familiarity with persuasive, professional, or educational communication styles
