HR Advisor
Location: Telford / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £38,000 (pro rata) Contract: Fixed-term – 3 months

About the RoleAs an Interim HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and operational HR support to managers and colleagues. You will manage a variety of employee relations cases while supporting ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide professional HR advice and guidance on a range of employee relations matters, including absence management, disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues
2. Support managers with case management, ensuringpliance with employment legislation andpany policy
3. Assist in the delivery of HR projects and organisational change initiatives
4. Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement of HR processes
5. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
About You
6. Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar role
7. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
8. Confident managingplex employee relations cases independently
9. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills
10. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience desirable
11. Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
