Responsibilities
The post holder will provide Music Therapy sessions to Broadmoor high secure hospital in-patients presenting with a variety of complex mental health conditions. The Music Therapist will focus on patients with communication and self‑regulation issues and work in collaboration with staff using a mix of music mediums individually or in groups to explore individual issues and help patients express emotion or past traumas in a safe creative environment.
Qualifications
We are looking to recruit a resourceful, motivated Music Therapist experienced in mental health (though not necessarily in forensic) who enjoys new challenges.
