Care Assistant – Richmond Villages
Location: Berkeley House Care Home, 2 Berkeley Court, Greenwich Avenue, Bilton Grange, Hull HU9 4UW.
Contract: Permanent. Shift pattern includes alternate weekends.
Pay: £12.25 – £13.25 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Job Description: As a Care Assistant, you play a central role in providing high‑quality, personalized care to our residents.
Responsibilities
* Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care and recognising and meeting their specific needs.
* Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements from companionship to personal care.
* Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents and reporting changes.
* Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals.
