The chance to influence how front-end development and design are done across the business. What you'll be doing: Leading front-end development across new and existing products. Playing a key role in the shift to a micro-frontend architecture. Creating intuitive, scalable UIs with React. Contributing to UI/UX direction, working with tools like Figma to mock up designs. Coaching and mentoring junior team members while being supported by a collaborative senior leadership team. What we're looking for: Strong front-end development experience with React A keen eye for UI design and an interest in user experience Comfortable with design tools like Figma and happy to create prototypes when needed Experience mentoring or leading developers is ideal - or a genuine interest in stepping into a leadership role Salary Up to £80,000 depending on experience with a package which includes full private health, 5% pension, 23 days holidays and flexible working.
