Our client is looking for an Associate Director to lead and grow their Birmingham Transport Planning Team. This is a great opportunity to shape the regional offer, develop client relationships, and deliver innovative transport solutions across the West Midlands. This strategic appointment should appeal to an ambitious and commercially minded Transport Planner who is looking to take on a leadership role within an established team for a highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy.

About You:
* Proven leadership and team development experience
* Strong track record in winning and delivering transport projects (public sector focus desirable)
* Commercial acumen and consultancy experience
* Established client relationships in the West Midlands
* Degree in transport planning, civil engineering, geography, or related field (Chartered desirable)
