Health & Safety Manager Northampton (Site-Based)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join a busy and dynamic site in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a key role in maintaining and improving health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure full compliance with UK health & safety legislation and company policies
* Conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures
* Lead site audits, inspections, and incident investigations
* Promote a strong health & safety culture across the site
* Deliver training and toolbox talks to staff and management
* Maintain accurate H&S documentation and reports
* Liaise with external bodies where required
Requirements:
* NEBOSH Certificate (essential)
* Proven experience in a Health & Safety role (ideally within industrial, logistics, or manufacturing environments)
* Strong knowledge of UK H&S regulations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to influence and engage teams at all levels
* Good organisational and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
