Youll work closely with our Therapeutic and Clinical teams, providing essential medical monitoring, assessments and recovery-focused support. You will: Carry out clinical tasks including ECGs, observations, detox monitoring and risk assessments Support and lead HCAs and agency staff throughout your shift Communicate effectively with service users, families and colleagues Maintain accurate clinical documentation and utilise IT systems confidently Contribute to a positive, structured recovery environment Work collaboratively with our Substance Misuse Clinical Manager and wider MDT Shift Patterns Nursing Shifts (7 hours): Long Days: 08:00 21:30 (1hr unpaid) Nights: 21:00 08:30 (1hr unpaid) Weekend shifts required HCA Shifts (Band 2 Agency Included): 08:00 15:00 14:00 21:30 08:00 21:30 21:00 08:30 Average: 1213 shifts per month What Were Looking For: Registered Nurse (RMN or RGN) with valid NMC pin Experience in addiction, detox or substance misuse (essential) Strong leadership and team-coordination ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident IT user Passion for delivering high-quality, recovery-focused care
