We are currently looking for a skilled Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join our successful Response business based in Newton Abbot. You will specialise in carrying out Responsive Maintenance Repairs to our customers properties.

Electrical Qualifying Supervisor role
Complete on‑going electrical testing (EICRs) within occupied residential properties.
Responsibilities
* Check and sign off electrical certification conducted by other electricians and notify building control of any new installation works.
* Ensure installations of works surrounding kitchens & bathrooms are completed to a quality standard and post‑inspections are completed.
* Validate electrical repairs, small works, and test & inspections.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified to an NVQ level 3 Electrical Installation or similar (e.g., City & Guilds) and AM2 essential.
* 2391 – Testing and Inspection essential.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations essential.
* Experience working within a domestic environment and comfortable working within occupied residential properties.
* Flexibility and can‑do attitude, with occasional on‑call rota for emergency out‑of‑hours work.
* Strong customer‑facing skills essential; often the face of the business from the customer’s perspective.
* A full UK driving licence essential.
