A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A COOK AT OUR HOTEL What you'll be doing Take on basic preparing, cooking of meals and serving to guests. Clear tables and pot wash. Keep an organised kitchen and monitor stock levels. Participate in regular cleaning duties to ensure all equipment and surfaces are kept spotless. Quickly learn and adapt to kitchen procedures and be responsible Follow hygiene and food safety standards rigorously. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Genuine interest in cooking and being responsible in a Hotel kitchen. Experience in cooking and preparing meals is a MUST. Understanding of basic food prep techniques. Strong attention to detail, especially regarding cleanliness and food safety. Team-oriented mindset, able to take direction well and support colleagues as needed.
