Looking to recruit a Repairs Scheduler to join a leading Maintenance Contractor on a permanent basis
Offering up to £29,000 + great benefits. This role is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm office based
Responsibilities:
* Working on a large social Housing reactive repairs contract
* Liaising with clients, sub-contractors to schedule appointments for operatives
* Communicate effectively with client and customers to ensure great service is provided
* Handling general inquiries and administration tasks
* Schedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs and discuss repairs
Requirements:
* You'll ideally have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background, with good problem-solving skills.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Have excellent customer service skills
