The Cinnamon Care Collection is an exclusive group of luxury care homes and retirement developments occupying beautiful locations around the country. The group continues to experience significant growth and is now looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join the finance team in this fast-paced and dynamic environment. Currently working 4 days per week from home and 1 day in the office, with the possibility of increasing to 2 days a week in the office, therefore ideally you wouldneed to be living within a commutable distance from the office.
The role will entail supporting the Management accountants in the preparation of the Monthly Management Accounts of all 19 operating homes.
Key responsibilities
1. Preparing, reconciling, and posting prepayments, fixed assets, petty cash and Caxton, holiday pay accruals across all homes.
2. Posting wages and salary journals across all homes.
3. Uploading sales invoices to Netsuite
4. Checking and uploading IPA
5. Reconciling billable extras
6. Reclass food cost report
7. Assisting in the review of the management accounts and highlighting any anomalies...
