We are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator Kendal Full time although part time considered We are looking for a motivated team player to join our highly successful and enthusiastic Property Sales team. The role requires you to constantly prioritise a busy workload within tight deadlines including arranging and conducting viewings, dealing with vendors and purchasers and negotiating sales. In addition, you will be expected to be proactive in promoting all aspects of Poole Townsend’s services and providing a professional service to clients. Whilst sales experience is desirable, we are happy to consider applicants with a background in customer service from other sectors. Direct Estate Agency knowledge is not essential – as long as you have the drive and passion to learn and deliver exceptional service to our clients. The role requires excellent organisation, communication and telephone skills. This vacancy is a permanent position, the hours are full-time (although we may consider part-time for the ideal candidate) working in our Kendal office, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with alternate Saturdays working 9am-1pm. OTE in the region of £28,000.00 per annum.
