Job Role: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, Days (40 hours per week)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Interaction Recruitment are supporting a well-established engineering company delivering complex rotating machinery solutions, with a growing focus on renewable energy projects.

The Role:
6. Lead design of rotating machinery (stators, rotors, assemblies)
7. Support projects from concept through to delivery
8. Use simulation tools to validate designs
9. Assist with testing, commissioning, and diagnostics
10. Produce technical reports and documentation
11. Work closely with design and manufacturing teams
12. Carry out fault finding and failure analysis
The Requirements:
13. Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
14. Experience with rotating equipment (motors, generators, turbines, pumps)
15. Strong mechanical design and analysis skills (
16. Background in diagnostics and testing
17. Good communication and teamwork skills
