Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team in Billingsgate Market London. This role is vital in ensuring timely delivery of our products, supporting our mission to provide excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities
* Safely operate company vehicles to deliver potatoes and restaurant commodities across designated locations.
* Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and storage.
* Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
* Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
* Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
* Assist with warehouse duties including heavy lifting when necessary.
* Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of delivery vehicles.
* Support team efforts to meet delivery schedules and customer satisfaction goals.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role.
* Valid driving license.
* Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
* Ability to lift heavy items safely.
* Strong communication skills.
* Warehouse experience is a plus.
* Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Age - must be 25 and over
