The Role - What You'll Be Doing Lead and grow the Commercial practice in Milton Keynes, supported by a national network of sector specialists. Develop, manage and expand client relationships, leveraging strong BD and networking experience. Advise on a wide range of commercial, corporate and transactional matters. Collaborate across the national platform to maximise cross-referrals and sector offerings. Mentor junior lawyers and help build the local team as the office grows. Play a key role in the firm's regional profile-raising through events, networking and partnerships. Strong business development capabilities, with some portable clients or contacts highly desirable. Excellent technical expertise with a commercial, solutions-led mindset.
