The national product sales and distribution hub, which includes warehousing, dedicated internal sales support, and a business development team, is continuing to grow. We now have opportunities for Sales Coordinators to join the team on the Product Sales Desk.
You will quote and transact Product Sales enquiries generated by the depot network, external sales teams, hubs, and direct customer enquiries. Your duties will also include:
* Sales enquiry quotation management and conversion
* Customer invoice management
* Customer relationship management

To succeed as a Sales Coordinator, you will bring the following skills and behaviors:
* Demonstrable administrative and customer service skills
* Previous product sales experience and knowledge (desirable)
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiating and influencing. You’ll have the ability to engage and build relationships with internal and external customers
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative approach
* Results-driven mindset
* Ability to use judgment and initiative to make decisions in line with company policies and pricing structures
* A flexible and adaptable approach, enjoying a varied workday in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and targets with high accuracy
* A commitment to continuous improvement, proposing and acting on suggestions to enhance processes and service levels
* A good level of computer literacy in MS Office and ideally in sales operating systems, with a willingness to learn new IT systems and leverage technology in your role.
