This role puts you right at the centre of how we support our colleagues and keep our workplace running at its best.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be involved in every step of the employee journey. From organising contracts and inductions to helping new colleagues feel at home, you'll make sure their first experiences with Totalmobile are positive and well-managed. When people move on, you'll also handle offboarding with care, ensuring our systems remain accurate and our processes remain consistent.
Your role will also have a big focus on culture. You'll help keep our offices lively and connected by planning social events, wellbeing activities and forums that bring people together. Alongside this, you'll support policy updates, compliance checks, and background screening, as well as keeping our HR Information Systems accurate and useful. Whether it's producing reports, tracking learning and development, answering queries, or lending a hand with payroll and benefits, you'll be the kind of person colleagues know they can rely on.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for
a recent graduate or someone with at least 1 year of experience in HR administration or people operations,
who wants to build on their skills. You'll have a good understanding of employment basics, be confident with
HR systems and Microsoft Office
, and be comfortable juggling different tasks with accuracy. An
analytical approach
and curiosity about using data—through tools like
Power BI
or even exploring how AI can help—would be a real advantage. Most importantly, you'll be organised, discreet when handling sensitive information, and genuinely interested in supporting people in their day-to-day working lives.
We don't expect you to have every skill already—what matters most is that you're eager to learn, comfortable in a busy environment, and willing to get stuck in.
