Hospitality Team Leader – The Convention Centre Dublin
Full‑Time / Permanent – €33,150 per annum

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Hospitality Team Leader to join our team at The Convention Centre Dublin, a world‑class venue in the heart of Ireland's capital.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of hospitality staff during events.
- Ensure the smooth running of food and beverage service operations.
- Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, and address any issues promptly.
- Handle alcohol responsibly and ensure team compliance with licensing laws.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with event managers and clients to meet service expectations.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older (due to serving alcohol).
- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or team leader role is essential.
- Able to work 5 days per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
