This is not just another Sous Chef role.
This is a chance to help shape a destination restaurant in one of the most beautiful parts of the Cotswolds.
We are a2 rosetted restaurant and 4-star boutique hotelwith 18 rooms and lodges, overlooking the Stroud Valley. Our ethos is simple but powerful:

Everything we do flows from that.
Our 60 cover restaurant sources ingredients within a 35 mile radius, works closely with sustainable farms, and grows produce in two kitchen gardens. Alongside breakfast and dinner service, we are a well known destination for afternoon tea and operate a relaxed fire grill terrace restaurant twice a week, including garden pizzas and live fire cooking. A Wellness Garden is currently in development.
The opportunity
We are looking for a Sous Chef who wants more than service. Someone who wants to help evolve the restaurant into arestaurant with rooms, not a hotel with a restaurant.
You will support the Head Chef in strengthening our food story, elevating standards, building reputation and creating memorable experiences that attract accolades, events and attention.
