HR Advisor
Location: North West Hybrid with travel around Southport, Bootle, Bolton, Bury, Oldham - and any other services in the Group ad hoc.
Contract Type: Fixed Term - 6 months commencing August 2026.
Salary: £30,000

Our HR Operations team plays a vital role in helping leaders and managers make the best decisions for their people. We’re now looking for a proactive and skilled HR Advisor to join us and make a real difference.
As an HR Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for operational HR support across a defined client group. You’ll provide practical advice, guidance, and coaching to line managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle – from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and organisational change.
You’ll also play an important part in embedding our People Strategy, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, and helping to shape a positive, high‑performing culture across the organisation.
This is a hybrid role working Monday - Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm 37.5 hours per week.
