About your role:
In this role, you will work alongside Learning Assistants from the start of their employment at the college (helping with the Induction process), to effectively support some of our most vulnerable students. As part of this you will need to identify, daily, where support is most needed and allocate the right people for these students and you will work closely to support their training needs so that they are effective in their work.
In addition, you will work in the wider Additional Learning Support team to support our Mentors with transitioning students. Once students are at the college, you will work with our curriculum colleagues and our Study Skills team to ensure that students who access arrangements in exams have the right paperwork completed giving them the best possible chance to succeed at City of Bristol College. You will also share best practice and deliver in house training.About us:
