The role…
We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest service.
* Assist in managing daily restaurant service and support the Restaurant Manager.
* Support staff training and development to maintain high service standards.
* Handle guest queries and complaints confidently and professionally.
* Demonstrate cocktail knowledge and assist in beverage service when required.
* Pay attention to the small details that enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a restaurant environment, ideally with supervisory experience.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service.
* Confidence in managing teams and guest interactions.
