Sales & Business Development Manager – Sprinkler Systems | London & Surrounding | Hybrid/Remote | £55,000–£70,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance\n\n Location: London & Surrounding Areas\n Salary: £55,000–£70,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Bonus\n Work Style: Hybrid / Remote\n\n Our client, a leading fire protection contractor, is looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Manager with a background in sprinkler systems to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role focused on growing new business, managing key accounts, and supporting estimation and tender submissions.\n This is a prime opportunity for someone commercially minded who understands sprinkler systems and wants to focus on developing long-term client relationships and driving revenue.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and residential sectors\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users\nManage the full sales cycle – from lead generation through to proposal and contract close\nCollaborate with in-house design and technical teams to prepare accurate estimates and tenders\nAttend client meetings and site visits as needed across London and the surrounding areas\nAchieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\nProven track record in sales or business development within the fire protection or sprinkler industry\nStrong technical understanding of LPC/British Standards and sprinkler system solutions\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills\nAbility to interpret technical drawings and specifications (support from technical team available)\nHighly self-motivated, well-organised, and comfortable working remotely\nFull UK driving licence\n\nWhat’s On Offer:\n\nSalary between £55,000–£70,000, depending on experience\nUncapped bonus structure\nCar allowance or company vehicle\nHybrid/remote working model with full autonomy\nLong-term growth with a stable and ambitious company\n\nReady to take your sprinkler industry expertise into a high-impact sales role?
