My client is seeking a full time, permanent head growth / head acquisition to lead an established team. You will come to the table with a wealth of skills and experience.
Responsibilities to include:
* Developing and executing the UK D2C acquisition strategy
* Agree pricing and promotional strategy
* Managing a team of experts across Paid Social, PPC. SEO, Affiliates, Offline
* Manage agencies and PR / TV / Brand marketing initiatives
* Partner with Product to unlock and optimise the whole acquisition funnel
* Make Paid Social an integral part of the acquisition mix
* Own acquisition marketing stack, for example, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager and other relevant platforms
Qualifications:
* 7-10 years' experience in a Marketing Acquisition or Performance Marketing role, gained within a scaled-up B2C/D2C environment, ideally subscription
* Knowledge of Shopify 2.0, Google Analytics and relevant marketing platforms like Google Ads, Search Console, SEMRush, Meta, AWIN or similar
* Knowledge and understanding what a best in class-subscription model looks like
* Budget management experience of sizable budgets spread across multiple markets, products and channels
* You'll need to be a car driver as they're not located really close to a train station - they work 2 per days in the office per week
