Your new role As the HR Systems Manager, you'll report to the Senior HR Business Partner and take the lead on managing and enhancing the firm's HR system (Dayforce). You'll be responsible for system configuration, data integrity, reporting, and analytics, while also supporting wider HR initiatives and projects. You'll manage one direct report and act as a key liaison between HR and other business functions on all things data and systems.
