The Role:
As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support and coach your team to excel, while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support your team through training and development, maintaining high standards
* Plan and run shifts effectively, ensuring adequate coverage and coaching in real-time
* Manage labour and rotas, understand financial performance of the restaurant
* Celebrate success, recognize individual drives and needs
