Contracts Manager — £65k per annum + car allowance/package
Portsmouth, Hampshire
We are seeking a Contracts Manager to join a leading main contractor construction organisation in Portsmouth. The organisation focuses mainly on delivering new build developments and highly complex refurbishments on both private and public sector projects.
Responsibilities
* Heading multiple construction projects, requiring leadership and strategy
* Travelling to site, all of which will be within an hour of travel from Portsmouth
* Set up and lead projects from the front, including the planning and procurement, programmes, resources and contract agreements
* Manage budgets, compliance, client relationships to deliver optimum service
* Provide support and training for Site Managers
Qualifications
* You must have a previous track record as a Contracts Manager and proof of success, ideally with a multi discipline main contractor
* Able to demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills
