Overview
We\'re recruiting for a 12 month contract opportunity with a global organisation based in Windsor. They are seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist with strong data skills and advanced Excel. The role supports the EMEA region and sits within a collaborative UK HR team. Our client uses Workday Core HCM along with a number of financial modules, so strong Workday or HCM system experience is essential. You\'ll focus on HR reporting, projects, data analysis, and system support in this hands-on, office-based role. This is a 12 month contract and paying up to £60,000. You will be fully office based in central Windsor.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and update HR data in Workday
* Provide HR reporting and insights for leadership
* Support system users and troubleshoot issues
* Manage employee lifecycle tasks, onboarding, and documentation
* Track absences, annual leave, and training compliance
* Involvement in HR projects and provide general HR admin cover
Qualifications
* Proven experience using Workday and HCM (essential)
* Advanced Excel and strong MS Office skills
* At least 2 years in an HR/HRIS or data-focused HR role
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Comfortable working with sensitive data and managing multiple priorities
