Role Purpose
The Learning & Development Manager will design and implement a robust training architecture that supports technical excellence and compliance within the FM and Engineering environment. This role ensures our Management teams, engineers, contract support, helpdesk teams, and service partners have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service while meeting industry standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop a comprehensive L&D framework tailored to FM and engineering operations.
2. Align training programs with compliance requirements, health & safety standards, and technical certifications.
3. Manage and optimize the LMS platform for technical and soft skills training.
4. Ensure accurate data imports, course tracking, and reporting for audits and client reviews
