School Administrator & Receptionist - Full-time

Location: Underley Garden School, Kirkby Lonsdale, LA6 2DZ

Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8am - 4pm

Contract: Fixed Term, Full Time

As part of Options Autism’s continued growth, we’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Education Administrator to join our close‑knit, passionate team at Underley Garden School, a specialist SEN setting where every day brings new challenges and rewards.


Responsibilities

* Provide vital administrative support to staff and managers, managing essential records and coordinating communications.
* Respond to urgent requests from teaching and support staff.
* Maintain high standards of organisation, accuracy and confidentiality.
* Create a welcoming, professional environment for all visitors and the school community.
* Play a vital role in upholding the school’s high standards for organisation and confidentiality.


Qualifications

* Experienced in administration with solid knowledge of relevant practices and software.
* Passion for working in a specialist SEN environment.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.

4DWW is subject to successful completion of probation and is not a contractual benefit.
