Working hours
* 42.5 hours per week
* 5 days including weekends
Responsibilities
* Take full P&L responsibility for the Wolverhampton site
* Lead, coach, and motivate high-performing sales and operational teams
* Achieve and exceed volume, revenue, and profitability targets
* Oversee inventory presentation, aged stock control, and site standards
* Ensure an exceptional customer journey and drive repeat business
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform data-driven decisions
* Uphold FCA compliance and internal sales processes
* Foster a proactive, positive team culture focused on accountability and results
Candidate
* Minimum 5 years in a senior management role within the automotive retail sector
* Background in high-volume dealerships or car supermarkets essential
* Strong commercial, operational, and leadership capabilities
* Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
* Confident managing both showroom and back-of-house functions
* Analytical and performance-focused with a strategic mindset
* Passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience
* Full UK driving licence required
* CRM and KPI reporting experience preferred
