User Researcher
Initial 3 month contract, max rate - £450pd inside IR35, Remote
We’re looking for an experienced User Researcher to join our consultancy partner on an initial 3 month contract. You’ll plan and deliver high-quality user research to inform product and service decisions, working closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders across their public sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research
* Turn insights into clear, actionable recommendations
* Collaborate with product and design teams throughout the research cycle
* Communicate findings through reports, presentations, and workshops
About You:
* Proven experience in user research
* GDS or UK public sector experience
* Strong skills in interviewing, usability testing, and insight synthesis
* Confident stakeholder communicator
* Able to work independently and at pace
