You’ll sit inside a busy dev team, shipping real websites, tightening your code daily and learning how commercial web builds actually run. If you’re a self-starter who enjoys turning designs into clean, usable interfaces, you’ll fit in quickly. What you’ll actually be doing * Building and maintaining multiple websites from the front end up * Turning designs into solid, responsive HTML/CSS * Writing JavaScript that does something useful, not just looks clever * Working with modern JS frameworks (e.g Vue or React or angluar) * Integrating APIs and handling async behaviour properly * Using version control properly * Testing your work and caring when things break * Working closely with developers who expect you to pull your weight The tools you’ll be using You don’t need all of these, but you do need to be comfortable with most: * HTML * CSS * SASS * JavaScript * Vue.js or react or Angular * Bootstrap * AJAX * REST API What they’re really looking for Someone early in their career who: * Takes pride in clean, well-structured front end code * Understands good design and usability - not just how to copy layouts * Manages their own time without being chased * Notices small details and fixes them before being asked * Wants to improve fast by working on real projects, not theory
