This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care and supporting clinical teams in critical and planned care settings. Key Responsibilities Provide expert clinical pharmacy services across planned and critical care areas. Lead and manage pharmacy operations within the designated specialties. Ensure compliance with medicines management policies and national standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Support and mentor junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications and Experience GPhC registration as a Pharmacist. Significant post-registration experience in hospital pharmacy, ideally within critical care or planned care. Proven leadership and management skills.
