Acquisition Digital Channel Manager - TikTok Shop - EU
Responsibilities and qualifications for this role are described below. The position is based in London and focuses on seller acquisition and incubation channels for TikTok Shop in the EU.
Responsibilities
* Manage the development and implementation of seller outreach strategies covering seller acquisition and incubation, identify roadblocks, and coordinate necessary resources among larger teams.
* Take charge of internal outreach channels and manage the resources to maximise overall benefits and achieve the business goal.
* Design and execute A/B tests to iterate content on various channels and improve the seller journey based on test data and surveys.
* Improve outreach product effectiveness and efficiency by working closely with user research, product, algorithms, and other cross-functional teams.
* Accumulate and share learnings to drive best practices with internal and external teams.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree or above; 3-5 years of user digital marketing experience and project management; e-commerce or user acquisition experience is a plus.
* Good data sense, ability to perform complex business analysis and intelligence to define opportunities.
* Structured and original thinking; able to thrive in an ambiguous environment and explain complex concepts simply.
* Quick learner, proactive and resilient; able to cope well under pressure.
